I have a varying and diverse background in various sports and aspects of athletic training through coaching, participation, and education. While I am happy to take on clients with very specific, sports or performance-based results my real strength lies in working with you to aid your understanding of how you can improve your fitness, adherence to exercise and make changes that effect your overall health.
Sport and exercise can be one of the most fulfilling and life-changing experiences of your life, if it is done right it can help improve your mental state, physiological health, and overall wellbeing. My experiences over the last 5 years of sports coaching and subsequent experiences in the health and fitness industry have shown me how rewarding exercise and the results of continued adherence to exercise can be.
